Technologies

At the Nanoscale Protein Analysis section of SpITR, we offer expertise and provide state-of-the-art technologies to accommodate the needs of CCR/NCI/NIH investigators.

Simple Western

An automated capillary immunoassay system for precise and accurate measurement of proteins and respective post-translational modifications in a format that is applicable to very small sample sizes.

Learn More

Luminex xMAP

A multiplex in-solution ELISA analysis system with small sample consumption. The system provides highly quantitative assays for measurement of multiple cytokines, metabolites, and serum/plasma biomarkers in the same sample.

Learn More

PhenoCylcer(formerly CODEX)

An immunofluorescence imaging platform for highly multiplexed (30-50 plex) IHC-analysis with single-cell resolution and retention of spatial context. It allows comprehensive in-situ protein profiling with multi-parametric readouts from a single tissue section.

Learn More

Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP)

Combines standard immunofluorescence techniques with the nCounter® digital optical barcoding technology to perform highly multiplexed, spatially resolved tissue profiling experiments.

Learn More

Single Cell Western

Milo is the world’s first Single Cell Western blotting platform that measures protein expression in ~1000 single cells per run using conventional Western blot antibodies.

Learn More

CosMx Spatial Imager (SMI)

The most flexible and robust spatial single-cell imaging platform for: Cell Atlas and Characterization: Define cell types, cell states, tissue microenvironment phenotypes, and gene expression networks within spatial context.
